Pam goes above and beyond, whether she is your buyer or seller's agent. I have worked with her on both ends. I would recommend her over, and over again. She truly cares about each one of her clients and is very open and honest about the entire process. She kept us in the loop about everything and came up with great solutions to a couple of issues that came up (completely out of her hands) to ensure our closing happened!

Pam Potts is truly one-of-a-kind! My mom’s house received an offer at the worst possible time - while I was in Florida as my brother neared his end of life journey. With any other agent acting on my behalf I would have likely declined to negotiate an offer at such a time. I was able to unequivocally TRUST Pam to act on my behalf with my absolute best interest in mind. This process of selling my childhood home was exceptionally challenging for me emotionally.
